Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our collection, select your desired size and color, and click "Add to Cart." When you're ready, proceed to checkout to enter your shipping details and payment information.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal and Shopify Pay for a faster checkout.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Absolutely. We use Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant checkout system. This means your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q: Where does OutfitCove ship?
A: We currently offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and prepare your order. Once shipped, your order will typically arrive within 5-8 business days via our standard free shipping.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey.

Q: What if I'm not home when my package arrives?
A: The carrier will typically leave your package in a safe place at your shipping address. For more specific delivery procedures, please check the tracking information provided by the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

SIZING & PRODUCT

Q: What should I do if I'm unsure about my size?
A: We provide a detailed size chart for each product. Please refer to these measurements and compare them to a garment you already own that fits you well. If you're between sizes, we typically recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Q: Are the colors on the website accurate?
A: We do our best to represent our products' colors as accurately as possible through product photography. However, due to differences in individual monitor settings, the actual color may vary slightly.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. For full details, please see our Return & Refund Policy.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@outfitcove.shop with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions.

Q: Are there any items that cannot be returned?
A: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, swimwear (if the hygiene liner is removed), or lingerie.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: To get you your new item as quickly as possible, we process returns for refunds. After your return is processed, you can place a new order for the correct item on our website.

Q: How do I create an account?
A: You can create an account during the checkout process or by clicking the "Account" link in the header of our site. Having an account allows you to track orders and save your details for faster future checkouts.

Q: I have a discount code. Where do I enter it?
